Submit a paper to the XXXth ERECO-PGV Conference:

Conference languages: French and English.
Publication: All accepted contributions will be published following the conference. Some contributions with related themes will be published in a volume by Springer, while others with closely related topics will be published in the journal "Management & Governance", edited by the ERECO-PGV network and indexed on HAL and Google Scholar.

Style sheet for papers and abstracts:

Each abstract must include the first and last name, affiliation, postal and email address of the authors. They must be submitted both electronically (Word format .doc) to Ghislaine Pellat and Catherine Marty-Peyroux, as well as on the conference website of the platform: https://ereco2025.sciencesconf.org/.

Each proposed paper must be uploaded by the author(s) directly to the conference website, ensuring it is anonymized (without author names, institutional references, or any identifying elements). Simultaneously, please send the original version of the paper (with author identifications, institutions, and contact information) in Word format to Ghislaine Pellat.

The paper length should be between 20 and 25 pages (an average page with single spacing contains approximately 3,000 characters), including the abstract, figures, and bibliography.
The typographic standards are as follows: 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman font, 12-point size.
All papers must include an abstract between 1.000 and 1.500 characters, translated into both French and English.
Papers should not contain appendices. Tables and figures must be integrated into the text and numbered. Footnotes should be placed at the bottom of the page.

Bibliographic references should be presented as follows:

  • For periodicals: mention the author's first and last name, year of publication, title of the article in italics, title and issue number of the periodical, and the page range (e.g. Claude Martin (2007), L’entreprise européenne résiste au modèle occidental, La Revue des Sciences de Gestion, Direction et Gestion des Entreprises, n°226-227, p.17-28).
  • For books: mention the author's or editor's first and last name, year of publication, title of the book in italics, place of publication, publishing house, and total page count (e.g. Zofia Mikołajczyk and Claude Martin, eds. (1995), Blaski i cienie współpracy firm polskich i francuskich, Łódź, Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego, page count).

Presentation proposals must be submitted in summary form (max 1/2 page) on the conference website https://ereco2025.sciencesconf.org, under the "Abstract" section, by Tuesday, November 5, 2024, midnight. A notification of acceptance will be sent by Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

The full standardized papers are expected by Thursday, April 10, 2025, midnight. They must be uploaded to the platform https://ereco2025.sciencesconf.org, under the "Communication" section, and must be anonymized by the authors. A copy of the paper with the authors' information must also be sent to Ghislaine Pellat: ghislaine.pellat@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.

The final acceptance notification for the presentations by the international scientific committee of the conference will be sent to the authors by Wednesday, April 23, 2025, following the committee's meeting on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
